Library Director, Wiggin Memorial Library (Stratham, NH)
Exempt, 40 hour/week position.
Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per year
MLS, MLIS, MBA or similar preferred, as well as 5-7 years experience.
The Wiggin Memorial Library is seeking a team-building, community-focused leader to be its next Library Director. The Director’s essential functions include strategic planning, personnel development and oversight, administration, programming for the public and budgeting. Well qualified candidates will have demonstrated excellent personnel development skills and be willing to come alongside all level of staff in a mentor capacity. The position supervises 13 full and part-time employees.
