The Data and Assessment Strategist is a newly created position that sits at the intersection of data, strategy, and mission. The Strategist transforms information into insights and narratives that strengthen the Lyrasis Content & Scholarly Communication Initiatives (CSCI) program and benefit the libraries and organizations whom we serve. This position is fully remote.
The Data and Assessment Strategist analyzes and visualizes complex data and translates data into clear, meaningful insights that empower internal teams, demonstrate impact to participants, and inform strategic directions, with a special focus on analyzing data related to open scholarship and open research infrastructure and crafting reports and narratives that demonstrate value and influence decision-making. The incumbent also designs and manages a robust assessment program for the CSCI portfolio of products and services, ensuring that programmatic decisions are guided by evidence, transparency, and shared values that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
