Branch Manager-Bookmobile and Warehouse

Portland Public Library is seeking a full-time Bookmobile Manager to lead our mobile library services. Reporting to the Associate Director, this position oversees Bookmobile and Warehouse operations, supervises staff, and delivers high-quality library services throughout Portland neighborhoods. The successful candidate will combine strong public service skills with experience in programming, circulation, collections, community engagement, and staff leadership.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and collaborative library professional to help shape the future of services at Portland Public Library. We are seeking someone who can successfully lead existing operations while contributing ideas, planning, and leadership as the library explores new approaches to mobile and community-based service. This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week. The starting pay range is $27.44-$32.15 per hour, commensurate with experience.  Excellent benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave.
